Use hammer drill to make 3/4″ hole in concrete 2.5″ deep, insert anchor and tap into place.

Use with decorative Deck Flange 1.5″ 3122770 not included

TIP: To remove old concrete deck anchor use a tie rod separator tool from any auto parts store. Place under raised screw and pry up old anchor.
