Part 1 Of The Cover Loc 42″ Snaps Onto The Pool Rail, Then The Cover Is Placed Over The Top Rail And On Top Of The First Clip. Part 2 Snaps Onto The First Clip Sandwiching The Cover And Securing It To The Pool Rail. Covers Will Not Pull Off In Even The Strongest Winter Winds.Use one 42″ clip per Top rail between the uprights. If the Cover Clip is too long it can be cut with shears or a hacksaw to fit your top rails.
